PET SITTING
What areas do you cover?
I currently offer pet sitting services in Burry Port and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether I cover your location - or want to check if I'm able to travel to you - just get in touch and I’ll be happy to let you know!
What does a pet sitting visit include?
Each visit includes feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks or litter tray cleaning, playtime, and plenty of fuss and attention. I can also water plants, bring in post, and follow any specific routines your pet is used to.
How long is each visit?
Standard visits are 1 hour, but longer or more frequent visits can be arranged to suit your pet's needs. Please check out the pet sitting page of this website for more info.
Do you offer overnight stays?
Overnight stays aren’t part of my standard service, but I may be able to offer them depending on availability and your pet’s needs - feel free to get in touch to discuss!
Are you insured?
Yes! I’m fully insured and animal first aid trained for pet sitting and always prioritise the safety and wellbeing of your pets.
Do you care for pets other than dogs?
My standard service is focused on dog sitting, but I’m more than happy to discuss caring for any other pets in your household. Just get in touch and we can chat about what they need!
What if I have more than two pets that need walking?
If you have more than two pets who need walking, just get in touch before booking - I’ll work with you to arrange a custom plan and pricing that fits your pack!
playgroups
What are The Zippy Zoomers playgroups?
The Zippy Zoomers is a supervised, indoor dog play space where pups can socialise off-lead while their humans stay present. It’s a safe, community-focused alternative to dog parks — no toys, no treats, just zooms, sniffs, and fun!
Do I stay with my dog during the session?
Yes! Owners are required to stay and actively supervise their dogs throughout the entire session. It’s part of what makes the Zippy Zoomers a unique shared experience.
Can I bring more than one dog?
For safety and supervision, we recommend one dog per adult. If you have multiple dogs, feel free to reach out and we can chat about the best setup!
Are there toys or treats allowed?
Nope! To avoid resource guarding or competition, we keep the play space toy- and treat-free. The focus is on natural, respectful play between pups.
Do dogs need to be vaccinated?
Yes! All dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations to participate. Proof may be requested when booking.
What types of dogs can attend?
Social, friendly, and non-aggressive dogs are welcome! We offer sessions grouped by size, age, or play style to help everyone feel safe and comfortable.
What should I bring?
Please bring water and a bowl for your dog, as well as anything else they may need for a safe and comfortable play session. Dogs should arrive on a secure collar or harness and lead, and if your dog requires a muzzle, it must be worn at all times during the session. Don’t forget your own comfy shoes — you’ll be staying in the play area with your pup!
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our website. Just choose your session type, pick a time, and you're all set!
What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?
If your dog struggles with social settings or has shown aggression toward other dogs, this may not be the right fit — but we’re happy to talk about options or help you find another resource.
Where are you located?
We’re based in a cozy, rented indoor space — exact address is provided after booking for safety and privacy.
