Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m Canine Health & First Aid trained, fully insured, and DBS checked for your peace of mind. I’m currently working toward becoming OFQUAL registered for pet first aid, and I regularly complete ongoing CPD to keep my skills up to date - safety first, right?
I’m a student at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and my dream is to become an animal-assisted therapist, helping both humans and animals in the most pawsitive way possible🐾
I’m also proud to volunteer at Greyhound Rescue Wales, where I get to meet some incredible pups and people. As you might guess, sighthounds are a bit of a speciality of mine - I share my home with a lovable sighthound cross who keeps life full of fun!
That said, I welcome all breeds and temperaments and offer solo care only, meaning your pet gets my full attention.
I use force-free, positive handling only, and I tailor care to suit your pet’s unique needs - whether they’re energetic, anxious, reactive, or somewhere in between.
While I don’t have formal veterinary or behaviourist qualifications, I’m always happy to chat, answer questions, and point you in the direction of a trusted professional if needed.I’m passionate about all things dog and here to help however I can - so don’t hesitate to reach out!
