Service Description
Before any walks or pet care begin, we’ll have a relaxed meet and greet 🐶🤍 Your pet can say hello in their own space while we chat through their routine, personality, walking style and any special needs 🦴💬 It’s a calm, friendly way to build trust and make sure everything feels right before care starts 🐾✨
Cancellation Policy
• 48+ hours before the first visit: receive a full refund or reschedule. • Between 48 and 24 hours notice: receive a partial refund. • Cancellations within 24 hours of service are non-refundable. • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
